ROC website, formation of new company, submission of relevant forms, documents for creation/satisfaction of charges, drafting of resolution, preparation and filing of annual return to the office of ROC. Management consultancy / Financial consultancy: Detailed analysis of the financials to find out over leveraged balance sheet and there after consult with the management to take the necessary steps accordingly.
